ERIN Engineering and Research, Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package to its salaried, full-time employees. The Company pays the employee's premium for basic life, Short-term Disability and Long-term Disability coverage. Employees contribute towards the cost of their medical, vision, and dental coverage. Dependent coverage is also available at a cost to the employee.
