Train with Leading-edge Staff Engineers
ERIN has developed in-house training to accelerate the learning process for new staff. The six-month training course provides:- Plant systems training for both Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) and Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR) plant types,
- Detailed instruction on all of the major elements of Probabilistic Risk Assessment (PRA),
- Presentations by industry leaders in nuclear plant safety, and
- Numerous practical exercises supplemented by actual on-the-job training.
This comprehensive training equips new staff with essential background on nuclear plant design, operation, and the fundamentals of PRA.
